The Internal Information System (IIS), also known as the Whistleblowing Channel, is Impar Capital’s confidential communication system that allows employees, clients, suppliers, and third parties to report any act that may have occurred within our organization and could constitute a violation, a crime, or a breach of our internal procedures.
